4. Is there an age limit?
All jumpers must be at least 3 years old to jump independently. After that, only the sky is your limit. Children under the age of 3 are allowed to enter The Cage if they are accompanied by a paying adult (The Cage is a free-jumping court dedicated to children at certain times).
5. Do I need to book my jumping time in advance?
We strongly recommend booking your session before coming to Jump Street. To avoid overcrowding and ensure an enjoyable jumping time for everyone, we limit the amount of people who can jump in any given hour. If a session is sold out, you will only be able to enjoy the park if you have you booked online in advance. Booking is easy – it will take you just a couple of minutes to choose your time, pay, and even sign your waver electronically.
6. Can I just walk in and buy ticket on the spot?
Yes, you can – however we strongly recommend that you book your jumping time online before coming. For safety reasons and to avoid overcrowding we limit the number of people who can jump in any given hour. If a session is already full, we will not be able to sell you a walk-in ticket. Book online to avoid disappointment.
7. I have never jumped on a trampoline – can I still come?
Yes! Jump Street Park has activities for jumpers of all skill levels – from absolute beginners to professional athletes.
8. Can I cancel my ticket?
All tickets are non-refundable, non-transferrable and cannot be exchanged.
9. What time should I arrive?
You should arrive at least 15 minutes before the start of your session to allow time for check-in. The park will open doors 15 minutes before the first session of the day. All sessions start and finish at the top of the hour – if you arrive late, you will miss a portion of your session.
10. What time do the sessions start?
Jumping sessions start every hour, at the top of the hour.
11. What if I am late for my session?
We recommend that you arrive at least 15 minutes before the start of your session to ensure sufficient time for the check-in. All sessions start and finish at the top of the hour – if you arrive late, you will miss a portion of your session.
12. I am bringing my child to the park and I bought their ticket already. Do I also need to buy tickets for myself? I will not be jumping.
All visitors who wish to jump on trampoline courts, the air bag or the foam pit must have a valid ticket. If you are accompanying a ticket holder but do not wish to jump, then you do not need a ticket. You can still walk around, enjoy The Jump Café or watch the jumping action – you will just not be able to enter the trampoline courts.
13. What should I wear?
We recommend wearing comfortable clothing that is suitable for an energetic activity. For your safety and that of other jumpers, we ask that you avoid or remove any loose hanging jewellery as well as any sharp elements of your clothing (metal studs, buckles etc). Shoes are not allowed on the trampolines – all jumpers must wear Jump Street socks.
14. Do I need to buy Jump Street socks?
All jumpers must wear Jump Street grip socks to ensure safety and hygiene for all park visitors. Jump Street socks cost just RM4.50- and once you bought the socks, they are yours to keep. Just make sure to bring them with you the next time you come to Jump Street.
15. Can I just jump in my own socks?
