Terms and Condition
- Tickets purchased from this site is only valid for JUMP STREET Petaling Jaya only.
- Tickets can only be redeemed for the date and time booked. Stictly NO CHANGES on booking time or date.
- Tickets purchased are strictly NON REFUNDABLE.
- Tickets purchased are not including grip socks.
- All jumpers must wear grip socks on the trampoline.
- All jumpers must complete waiver and liability form before jumping session which is available at the customer service counter.
- Customers must produce valid staff ID and vaccination certification for verification.
- Customers can purchase a minimum of 10 tickets with single frontliner ID or vaccination card.
